They take in too many patients and can’t keep up.. wait time at least an hour after appointment (normally wouldn’t care but the wait isn’t worth it) and then they don’t even listen to you when you tell your concerns. I was diagnosed with social anxiety but treated for depression and I have NEITHER. They have also messed up my prescription many times and caused me to have terrible withdrawals. I know of a few other people with bad experiences like being scheduled an appointment with a specialist at the wrong place when it was urgent to be seen, also prescriptions being sent to the wrong place. The urgent care might be fine but do not recommend them as primary care.

This is a rude family clinic my daughter went to fill out some paperwork for a TB skin test that she needed for CNA they said it would be 48 hours for the results to come back which they told us to come back Saturday when they are close but they didn’t let us know to come back for it on the other side of the clinic and so we went in today for the results thinking they were finna give it to us since they had us waiting for 20 minutes the ladies at the front desk look at me and my daughter for the longest before they said they couldn’t help us. That we needed to do it over I said no but y’all can refund our $15 dollars back they no you can do it again! So because they didn’t do their job we supposed to pay again to have it redone I don’t think so.

Recently had a necessity to go to the Urgent care..without getting into details of why,I will just say that this was my best experience in having to deal with any medical services.Their facilities are top notch and every person I encountered was super courteous and professional and went overboard to see that all my concerns were taken care of ..My thanks to each of them!

I have always had the best care at this clinic. Everyone is so kind and compassionate and truly care for their patients. Have I had to wait? Of course! It’s a doctors office and you never know what’s going on with the other patients and their needs. I’m so thankful they always go above and beyond for their patients. I love the new facility. It’s so tranquil and in such a convenient location.

I LOVE this practice! Dr. Higginbotham and his staff are excellent, starting with the front desk and continuing through the office! My family has been going to this practice for 15 years! Yes there may be times you have to wait in the waiting room a few extra mins but I’m totally good with that because I know when I get back there I’m going to get the attention the person in front of me got. This practice truly cares about their patients and I have never felt rush when I’m in seeing the dr, They take time to listen and truly help get to the root of what’s going on with you! If your looking for a medical staff that is there to help you then don’t look any further Dr Higginbotham and his staff are the best! ❤️

Makes you wait even when clinic is empty! Been a couple times and waited 35-45 minutes. After the long wait they didn't call in prescription! Had to wait through weekend come back in for another 30 minutes to get them to finally call it in! The smell is horrible! Don't come if you have any sensitivity to smell! My throat hurts my head hurts!! I don't usually have a sensitivity....

We've been going to Dr. Higgingotham for years and have been treated by Ed & Leah as well as Dr Higginbotham. They are all amazing . They will do everything they can in the office to keep from having to refer you.I highly recommend this clinic even the support staff are amazing.

My family Highly recommends Higginbotham Family Clinic. The Doctors and Staff are very friendly and make sure your needs are taken care of. Specifically Dr. Leah Costello and Dr. Higginbotham, they go above and beyond. They take there time with you and you don't feel rushed.

Fantastic people who actually care about you. Dr. Higginbotham and his medical staff listen and personalize healthcare for you as an individual, with his other providers. Office staff is top notch and professional, but also show that they care for you. Everyone treats you like family! Would recommend anyone at any age to this clinic.

Went over 2 weeks ago to get tested for covid and still haven't gotten my results. So much for 10 to 12 days. It's been 17. Cant go back to work without my results.

I have been going to this clinic for 6-7 years I really like Dr Higginbotham but his staff for filling non formulary meds request is not doing their job.... I called two weeks ago they told me it had been filed I called insurance today they said it had not...... I sure hope he reads his reviews

I awoke with severe flu symptoms last week. I called the clinic and asked they call in flu medication. She told me I would have to come in. I told her I was too weak to get dressed. I told her if I could get dressed I would go to the emergency room. She told me not to go to the emergency room as it would cause them to receive a “negative review”. However, they refused to call in any medication. She told me because I was on Medicare they would only pay for the flu med one time. I told her I would gladly pay for any additional flu med I may need in the future. I am a 67 year old female who has suffered this past week with full blown influenza needlessly.

My hygienist Michelle was great! She took time and answered all my questions. Checkout is easy and they make claim appeals with insurance easy.

Urgent care is available 8 am – 7 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am – 3 pm on Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
No appointment is required.
During the day, our phones are answered by office staff. After hours, there is an answering machine with an outgoing message providing information on how to contact the on-call physician. After clinic hours, you can call 501-304-4181 and the operator will page the physician on call. If you have an emergency, please dial 911 or go to the emergency room.
