A special word from Higginbotham Family Clinic...Our clinic is OPEN and accepting patients. The health of our patients is our number one priority, and we are taking appropriate measures to keep our patients and staff safe while continuing to provide the highest quality of care.
Our check-in procedure has changed. Upon arrival in our parking lot, simply call the clinic (501-337-9994) to check-in from your vehicle. Remain in your vehicle until you are called. You will be greeted by a nurse for a brief screening at the front entrance before being escorted to an exam room. The screening consists of a temperature check and a few medical questions.
If you have a temperature and other symptoms associated with COVID-19, you will be asked to stay in your vehicle until escorted to one of our isolation rooms. You will be given specific instructions on what to do in this circumstance.
We are offering TELEHEALTH appointments. Through this service, you can speak with a provider via video call on your cell phone, tablet, or computer. Please call our office to set up a TeleHealth appointment.
We are still able to perform labs onsite; however, we are postponing some routine lab appointments, especially if you are seen via TeleHealth.
We are able to perform flu, strep, and COVID-19 swab tests from your vehicle. If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, PLEASE CALL AHEAD so we can have a test kit ready.
